2018 STATE OF ARCHRIVAL
THE STORY
Archrival employees, past and present, came together from across the country to celebrate our 21st birthday with a party of epic proportions. Party guests were welcomed at our office for an open house and were gifted a fake ID to use as their ticket to the party. Upon arrival at the party venue, guests presented their fakes and were searched and scrutinized by security. From helicopters to stun guns, to a giant birthday cake and a literal mountain of lube, we gave 21 gifts throughout the evening to celebrate everyone who has made up a piece of Archrival history.
$250K budget, 250 guests, 25â 3-tier rotating birthday cake structure with DJ + MC
ROLE: SENIOR PRODUCER
This was a special project as it included an open house, birthday party, day-after brunch, and a full week of company meeting shenanigans. As Project Manager, I was responsible for herding all the creatives, managing the timeline and watching the money flow, as well as ensuring we made it an fân awesome week.
My Producer responsibilities included managing production timelines, building ROS, working with vendors, handling location permitting and being the on-site team lead. It also meant I had the pleasure of being behind the scenes and running the whole show while everyone partied.
